Evening Standard Vendor

Liverpool Street Station, London — 23 May 2008

‘Life is one world, and life seen in the newspapers is another’

— GK Chesterton, writer

Just a man selling the Evening Standard outside Liverpool Street Station, back in the days before you could pick it up for nothing.

I hadn’t read the Evening Standard for years. Come to think of it, I don’t read newspapers much at all anymore.

No newspaper is good news sometimes.
